KSS Aims & Objectives
KSS is a non profit making service who’s primary aim is to provide an efficient, convenient and friendly service to our schools and supply staff. This is ensured by;
Recruiting high quality and varied supply staff
We recruit a wide range of staff with experience in early years, primary, secondary and special needs. We regularly seek feedback for our supply staff in order to monitor their teaching ability and ensure it is of the highest quality.
Ensuring that thorough checks are carried out on all our staff;
We carry out all the following checks on all of our supply staff as part of the application process prior to them being placed in school:
Providing an Ethical Service
KSS endeavours to be an ethical service providing staff with fair pay in line with national and local conditions of service.
Supporting Professional Development of Supply Staff
KSS provide a range of regular courses to ensure all our supply staff are aware of current developments and changes in the field and to develop and expand on skills they already posses.
